This project presents an innovative model for making business on the basis of a pyramid. It originated as a response to social seclusion, poverty and lack of basic infrastructure within the marginal neighborhoods of Gran Buenos Aires (Great Buenos Aires). Adjusting supply and demand, the model directs the initiative of groups of neighbors interested in their neighborhood's betterment through economically profitable projects. They use market mechanisms to generate social capital and improve the quality of people's life. Demand strategy: The beneficiaries of the projects promote initiatives and guarantee a high degree of trust to ensure the social and financial sustainability of their entrepreneurship. Offer strategy: Negotiations are held with different enterprises to adequate their services to the demand of poor families. This model uses trusts as a funding tool to ensure the execution of works and the repayment of funds. The model allows 10 year payment plans that are settled through the gas bills.
