Volunteer training is one of the basic pillars of social actions undertaken by Cooperación Internacional: one can help a person if one knows how to do it. We therefore offer our volunteers five lines of training.
Basic training: it introduces young people to the commitment of volunteering and furthers reflection on the causes of exclusion and social marginalization.
Specific training: it analyses the characteristics and needs of the beneficiary groups: childhood and youth, sick people and people with disabilities, old people, the poor and the socially isolated.
Training of the International Volunteers: for the volunteers who develop supportive activities abroad each year.
Training for Coordinators: it provides basic tools for the people responsible for each volunteer group.
Continuing training: it provides volunteers and coordinators with the necessary training for them to innovate in each activity.
