CONACULTA provides funding to those who create interactive flipbooks (digital books) in Spanish. The purpose of this funding initiative is to promote reading with the help of new tools and foster development of new technologies applied in the literary creation process, support the commercialization of books through the internet and stimulate the narrators whose production means are related to new technologies.
